The Book of Mormon Scripture Challenge
After discovering 2 Nephi 3:12 I realized I needed to do this challenge. I then sat down and opened my scriptures and found many references to prove all things by the scriptures that confirmed for me the importance of doing this challenge. I then wrote up The Book of Mormon Scripture Challenge I have extended this challenge to friends and family. If you have watched the first three videos you will notice that I mostly follow it like a script. I hope you find this challenge invigorating and helpful on your own personal spiritual journey.
Listen to God’s Word
This Video focuses on 2 prophets that have an interaction that show how you can prove God’s will with his original word. 1 Corinthians 14:32 tells us that “the spirit of the prophets are subject to the prophets” so we must remember that if God spoke by the voice of a prophet before then the next prophets voice will be subject to that word. Watch and reflect on this real life applicable example of proving God’s word with his first command.

The Book of Mormon Scripture Challenge
In mid October of 2018 while doing our family scripture reading we reached 2 Nephi 3:12. Something caught my attention and I realized I needed to look harder at that verse. Over the space of a month I discovered that the answers to all my studies I had been doing over the last few years were indeed found in the very books that this verse tells us to use, The Book of Mormon and the Bible. Wherefore, the fruit of thy loins shall write; and the fruit of the loins of Judah shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of thy loins, and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Judah, shall grow together, unto the confounding of false doctrines and laying down of contentions, and establishing peace among the fruit of thy loins, and bringing them to the knowledge of their fathers in the latter days, and also to the knowledge of my covenants, saith the Lord.
